001 : Education

Graduated with a degree in Business Administration, a choice that gave her the foundation to manage a business of her own while still leaving room for the interests she had been developing since she was young. During and after university, her attention gradually shifted toward art, antiques, and the stories attached to them. She pursued further studies in Art and Antiquities Appraisal, Art History, Provenance Research, Conservation of Cultural Heritage, and Museum and Cultural Heritage Management, with some of her specializations being completed concurrently. Her academic path was never about collecting titles; each field gave her another way to understand the objects she had always felt strangely connected to. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Museological Studies, expanding her knowledge of collections, heritage, museums, and the preservation of cultural memory.

002 : Antique Shop

Owns and runs an antique shop where her professional knowledge and personal curiosity naturally meet. She deals with paintings, jewelry, watches, books, furniture, photographs, and other objects whose histories are often as valuable as the objects themselves. Her background in appraisal allows her to determine authenticity and value, while her research in provenance lets her trace where pieces came from and the hands they passed through. But there is another reason she understands certain objects so well. When Melinda touches something, she may feel what it remembers. A forgotten ring can carry the grief of its owner; an old photograph can bring back a voice; a seemingly ordinary possession can lead her to a spirit who still has something left to say. To everyone else, the shop is simply a place filled with old things. To Melinda, it is a collection of unfinished stories.
